In-Stock / Ready-to-Ship Items

Orders begin processing immediately after checkout. In-stock items cannot be canceled once placed. If you no longer want the item, you may follow the return process after delivery (subject to return requirements and fees).


Pre-Order / Backorder / Lead-Time Items

If a product is listed as pre-order/backorder with a shipping window, you may request cancellation before the shipment window begins. Because these units are allocated immediately, cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Once the item ships, it is handled under the Returns Policy.
