Burneek offers a 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee on eligible items (starting from the date of shipment). To qualify, returns must be unopened, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

Before approving a return, we may request photos or a short video to confirm the item is unopened and in original condition, including that factory seals and packaging are intact.

Return approval is required. Returns shipped back without prior approval and return instructions from Burneek will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. If an unapproved return is sent to us and you want the product shipped back to you, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs back to our warehouse
