If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damaged Items: Replacements are only applicable for manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of receiving the order. Damage resulting from basic wear and tear or misuse will not be eligible for replacements. We reserve the right to deny replacements if the product is forcefully damaged or abused.
Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item, we will promptly correct the mistake and send you the correct product at no additional cost.
