1-Year Warranty: Burneek products come with a standard 1-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This warranty does not include normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues resulting from misuse. If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team at [email protected] to initiate a warranty claim.

Extended Warranty / Protection Plans: For extended peace of mind, we also offer 3-year and 5-year warranty/protection plans available on our website. These plans extend your coverage to ensure that all parts and labor for any necessary repairs are included for the duration of the plan. Just like the standard 1-year warranty, these extended warranties cover manufacturing defects only. If a part or piece of the product is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will replace it, but please note that each warranty plan allows for only one claim during its term.
